Huge spacious room with high ceiling, double glazing, loads of storage and a ranch slider that opens onto a small private yard.

Room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully furnished (altho we wouldn’t mind updating the dining table).

House is in an awesome location, close enough to the city, very close to #7 bus, good sun (8-4 is the worst it gets in the middle of winter), and very quiet, no traffic noise, just birdlife - mostly native. We see Kereru, Kaka, Tui, Piwakawaka (Fantail) and hear Morepork routinely). Also very sheltered from the southerly.

Gas hot water and great shower. Gas cooking. Dishwasher and front-load washer.

One off-street park and one guest park available.

Internet is fast fibre, with both wifi and a spare ethernet connection available.

Escooter repair guy/former IT guy and part-time DJ. Workshop is on the property but a good 25m away from the house.

The other flatmate is a technician and part-time musician who will spend a fair amount of time in the Wairarapa.

We are chill people who love walks, music and a bit of gaming.
