4 bedroom home in Torbay available late September.

Location: Located in Torbay just off East coast road/ Oteha valley.

The home is 1 – 2 minutes from a bus stop that takes you to Constellation / CBD.

5 – 10 minutes drive to Albany Shopping Mall and easy access to motorway for CBD/ Albany commute.

The House: This is a brand new home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 showers. Move in is available from approximately mid-late September.

There is shared living, kitchen and laundry space. Two rooms will be available (furnished) for flatmates to move in to.

Option 1: Double room – $250 per week.
Option 2: Master bedroom (En Suite and Walk In Closet) - $300 per week. Option 3: Bedroom $200 per week

The flat fee is all inclusive (water/ electricity/ internet) however, during months where the bills are higher than usual, the difference will be split evenly between flatmates.

Ideal flatmate: Female aged 20s - 40s working professional or student, tidy, respectful and clean. No smoking and no pets. Long term preferred.

Four flatmates will be living together :)
