About the room

One room in a 2 bedroom house. The room could fit a queen bed, it has a double wardrobe and the room can be furnished if you need it to be. The house has a sun room, big lounge and decent kitchen. Shower and bath and separate toilet. Heatpump, dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso maker etc. The Number 1 CP bus stops just outside the neighbors house and it’s a 15min walk into the centre of Jville. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

About the roomies

I own this house and it’s just me living here. I work a mix of freelance and office-based jobs, and occasionally work from home. I’m a committed Christian and actively involved in a couple of church ministries. Home is a place where I like people to feel welcome. I enjoy having friends over for dinner or movie nights from time to time, but I also appreciate a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space.

Outside of home, I enjoy walking, going to the gym, catching up with friends and traveling.
