Owner lives upstairs in seperate unit. Pretty chill and tolerant! Shy cat personality- you know he lives there but you don’t feel the presence. Enjoy weekend bbqs and drinks if feeling extroverted. Ideal for corporate slaves. Rooms are available separately; however, preference given to 2 friends or family memebrs wanting to rent the place. Keeping it drama free.
