Kia Ora!, Hey people Due to plans falling out we are URGENTLY looking to fill a room just at the top of Cuba street, there’s a choice of 2 medium-sized room, one upstairs and one down, both rooms have ample closet space and while the upstairs room has access to a balcony space the downstairs room is a bit more isolated for privacy if that’s more your thing. The other flat features are 2 bathrooms with great water pressure and a small balcony that’s nice to chill on There is paid off street parking available Open to considering couples No pets Downstairs room: @ $250/week Upstairs room: @ $237.5/week Bond @$500~ room dependent
