Looking for a friendly, tidy and easy-going flatmate to share a lovely little apartment in Ngunguru, Northland, right across from the estuary and just a short drive from some beautiful beaches.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and peaceful, with just one other flatmate. The available room currently has a king single bed, which can stay or be moved out depending on what suits.

Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and keen to enjoy a relaxed summer in beautiful Ngunguru.

There’s currently just one other flatmate in the apartment β€” a 34-year-old female who is very clean, tidy and respectful of the space.

She’s social and enjoys having a chat or sharing a meal, but it’s definitely not a party house. She likes to keep active and has her own yoga and Pilates studio, so you’ll often find her doing yoga or staying busy with work.

She’s usually in town during the week with work, so the apartment is nice and relaxed, while still being a friendly place to come home to. Happy to be social and get to know each other, but also enjoys having her own space.
