the house is in Mt Cook not Breaker Bay! the listing is malfunctioning unfortunately. A beautiful cottage style house with great sun in the front and back garden! A short walk to the vibrant Newtown, two minutes to the supermarket and surrounded by bus stops. There are vegetable patches out front which are largely untouched, this house would suit someone with a green thumb!

About the roomies

Easygoing, independent, and great at respecting privacy/downtime! All males aged 22, 27, 30, & 31. Two chefs, one runs a small business down the road, and the fourth is studying full time towards an animations degree. Common interests among them include video games & comics and each individual has his own set of interests as well. There is a small affectionate cat living at the house too!
