About the room

Come take over my room in Kelburn! 5 minute walk from Kelburn village, close to vic uni, and on multiple bus routes in to town.

Room is big enough to fit a queen bed (probably even a king), desk, and bookshelf, and has a massive wardrobe + extra storage space above. The room gets morning sun and is warm and dry :) Is unfurnished but comes with dehumidifier

The rest of the flat has a kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, two showers, and a cute little patio space outside!

Available from early-mid November (date tbc), lease expires in early February

You would be ideally:

  • 18 to 25
  • a student or yopro
  • easygoing and friendly
  • good with shared chores
  • no couples

About the roomies

Fran, Elsie, and Ranu are all finishing up at university. Fran and Elsie study psychology, and Ranu is a Jazz performance student. Have had a really great time living with them the past 2 years :)

The vibe of the flat is pretty chill, we are all pretty quiet but everyone is super friendly and great to chat to.
