Looking for a mature, reliable and easy-going flatmate to share a spacious home in Bellevue, Tauranga.
The room is available from early October, with a minimum 3-month stay.
🏡 The home
This is a lovely, spacious 3-bedroom home on a quiet street overlooking Mitchell Park, with plenty of room to spread out.
The house has:
A large, unfurnished master bedroom with plenty of space for a bed and a sofa or sitting area Two living areas A large, well-equipped kitchen Shared bathroom, with a separate toilet Separate laundry room Good-sized garden, including a mandarin tree and plans for a veggie garden Off-street driveway parking, plus plenty of street parking Walking distance to New World Easy access to both Tauranga CBD and the Mount
One of the other bedrooms is used as Marilyn’s quiet, home-based sewing studio.
🌿 What it’s like to live here
Marilyn is friendly, approachable and enjoys the occasional shared meal or glass of wine, but she’s also very comfortable doing her own thing. This is a quiet, relaxed home, rather than a party house.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is independent and comfortable doing their own thing Is considerate of shared spaces Cleans up after themselves Pays their bills on time Is mature and responsible Is ideally working, travelling or studying and out of the house for at least part of the day Appreciates a peaceful home environment
There are quiet hours from 10pm–7am, so this probably isn’t the place for someone looking for late-night parties or a very social flat.
Marilyn has a cat who is already firmly established as part of the household, so no additional pets, please.
Strictly no smoking.
💰 Rent
Single: $400/week Couple: $480/week
Rent includes power and internet, so there are no surprises with those bills.
