The house is fully furnished and has central heating, high-speed fiber internet, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. If you have a car, private off-street parking is available on the property.

Initial costs: 2 weeks’ bond + 1 week’s rent in advance.

Location: Close to parks and shops, with good access to Upper Riccarton Bush Inn Centre, Hornby Hub, and Wigram Landing Mall.

Additional costs: Utilities (electricity and internet) are about $25 per week.
