The room is one of 4 in a two story flat on the south end of Clyde Street. The flat was built in the 2000’s, is double bricked, has one toilet and a newly renovated shower separately. The whiteware, couches and dining room table are all included with the lease. The room for rent is a standard size on the ground floor where the kitchen, laundry and living room are located. The property is ~5 minutes walk to the university maximum, ~ 15 minutes to the Octagon and ~10 minutes to New World City Centre.

You’ll be living with myself and two guys. I will be going into a Bachelor of Nursing at the Polytechnic and the boys are studying Chemistry and English. We’re all very easy going, tidy and respectful. I love the outdoors, sport and the occasional bevvy! We are preferably looking for a young female student but would be open to a male if he is the right fit!
