About the room

Kia ora, we have 2 spare rooms currently available to rent. Both rooms are furnished. 1 room has a single bed, with the 2nd bedroom being suitable for a couple as it has a queen size bed. Both rooms have wardrobes. There is a bathroom that both of these bedrooms would share. There is a separate bedroom & bathroom upstairs for the house owners. The house is located close to bus stops, which connects directly to the train stations, making for an easy ride into the CBD if required.

About the roomies

There is two of us that live here, we own the property, along with our dog. We are both working professionals working Monday through Friday. We are 23 & 30. Open to any age range to live with us. $240 for single room, $270 for big room.
