The room is spacious and can come unfurnished for $250/week or with a bed/bedding for $270/week. Plus $50/week for power and unlimited internet. No couples 🐱 There is already a friendly cat living here, so ideally no additional pets. I’m a friendly, easy-going working professional who enjoys having a relaxed, comfortable and social home. I’m quite social and enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal or BBQ, and occasionally having friends over, so it would be great to find someone who enjoys being social too.
