The property has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It is located near the lake, The room comes with a queen-size bed, vanity drawer, dresser and wardrobe cabinet. It is a 4-5 minute walk to the bus stop. 10 minute walk to the Queenstown garden. 15 minute walk to town.
The house will be shared with a Filipino couple and one female flatmate. We are looking for a tidy and responsible person. We respect privacy. Not a party house and no smoking/vaping.
