About the room
Hey ! I have a medium sized room available, it has 2 built in wardrobes and gets the morning sun. It can come furnished with a king single bed and a desk and chair if you like. The townhouse is a 2 story, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have an ensuite so you would mostly have the other bathroom to yourself plus any guests. The house is just over a year old and I’m the first tenant to live here, so everything is pretty new ! There is also a small outdoor area with a couch which gets the afternoon sun 🌞 Plenty of parking available on the street and it’s close to shops, bus stops, Linwood park and Eastgate. Not too far from town too ! It’s a warm and cosy place to live and i have a great property manager through Harcourts.
About the roomies
You would just be sharing the flat with me, I’m a Kiwi man currently working in hospitality, I’m pretty easy going, quiet, clean and tidy.
