Sunny room with own access to rear yard, has a bed and desk plus a large inbuilt wardrobe with storage. Entry is a decent sunroom perfect for relaxing with a good book.

I have a dobermann who is friendly and keeps an eye on things for me.

Huge garden area at front of house that gets morning sun and shifts to the rear in the afternoon.

Ōtaki beach is walking distance and can be heard from the house.
