Medium sized (3m x 2.9m) private room available in our four-bedroom house, tonnes of natural light, modern shared bathrooms and kitchen, and plenty of space throughout the home and garage for all your extra storage needs.

We have one room available immediately in our sunny Ōtāhuhu home. Newly renovated, we have a huge kitchen, modern bathrooms, & unlimited hot water. We’re lucky to have an idyllic partially-fenced section, so feel free to bring your dog as well. Not likely to be able to accept cats sorry due to allergies (though could possibly come to a compromise…)

we have three people so far aged 25-31, we all love to play boardgames, videogames, have movie nights, and also love a drink and a good boogie on a night out. If you’re looking for a peaceful home that feels like it’s more in nature than the big city, but you don’t mind being social and making friends with your flatmates, this is the place for you.

After each having flatted for the last 10+ years, we’ve managed to buy our own home and will always be looking to improve it. In time we plan to set up a home gym in the garage, and we’re keeping one bedroom spare as a study / spare bedroom for when friends and whanau visit. If you’re sick of telling your landlord about a problem and then ignoring it, this is the place for you again - we live in the home too and we will be keeping it up to scratch.

We have two spacious bedrooms going for $250 per week with bills extra (price and bond potentially negotiable, so if it’s a little beyond your means but think you’d be a great fit please do reach out). Open to couples, and pets other than cats (sorry).
