(comfortable with you bringing your own bed/dresser if you want to) you will share the bathroom and kitchen with your own seperate storage. smoking is allowed outside . home is close to public transport , minutes away from hamilton cbd. tucked away in a quiet street. parking is available off street or on the grass on the property.

About the roomies

i am looking for a flatmate who will share the home with me (54f) in & occasionally my daughter (21) who stays outside but is mostly in auckland. i work part time in a childcare centre and when i come home i like to relax on the couch and watch tv, in the weekends i enjoy a drink in the sun on the deck. im very laid back, open minded and keep my home clean and tidy and am respectful of space. this would suit a student or professional worker that loves cats as we have two !
