About the room
The flat is in a really convenient location. It’s close to Otago polytechnic and the university of Otago, and only a short walk to Unipol gym. There are also lots of shops, cafes and food places nearby, as well as library’s. So pretty much everything is in walking distance. The room is a good size with plenty of natural sunlight and windows, and has a built in wardrobe. The flat also has a really spacious kitchen and living room.
About the roomies
You’d be living with 3 girls who are all currently at uni, finishing first year this year and going into second year in 2027, as well as a guy who works and is close friend of our and is the same age as us. Everyone is really friendly and easy-going. They are not a big party flat but definitely social and is down to go out and do things. It’s a very relaxed and welcoming flat
