Looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share a spacious and peaceful 3-bedroom home in a lovely part of Lynfield.

The downstairs area includes your bedroom and a second room that would make an excellent private lounge, study, or a work-from-home space - both rooms are $400.

The house is on split levels, so there is good separation and privacy. My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs; the other two bedrooms are on the level below, & kitchen and lounge are below that.

You would have the downstairs bathroom largely to yourself. It is the main house bathroom, but the toilet is used by visitors or by me sometimes.

The Lockwood home is large and full of character, with beautiful native-timber flooring. Generous kitchen and dining area, a very large lounge, and a fireplace (I’ll supply the firewood in the winter). There is also an excellent outdoor area.

There is off-street parking for one car, as well as plenty of street parking for visitors.

Plenty of convenience with shopping and eating close by and it’s close to motorways.

Internet is included, and power is shared equally. Water is currently covered; otherwise, it’s 50/50.
