🏡 ROOM AVAILABLE – Great Location! Hey everyone! 😊 We have a large unfurnished bedroom available in our home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac🌳

The room is spacious and comes with a double wardrobe, with off-street parking available. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

📍 Location is super convenient — close to the town centre, The Base and bus stations, while still being in a nice, quiet area.

A few things about the household:

• Everyone does their own cooking 🍳
• Rent covers the room plus shared household costs such as kitchen cleaning supplies and laundry
• Move in costs: $660 ( 2 weeks bond plus 1st weeks rent) your rent may be lowered when we fill our fourth room.
• Utilities: split equally at the end of each month
• Bathroom necessities are split between you and one other person
• We’re looking for someone who is working full time ( as both me and the other flatmate both work full time) clean, respectful and easygoing and who enjoys a peaceful home environment. No couples. 😊
• Potential move in date would be in the next month!
