This room gathers great sunshine! The room is warm and the area is quiet. Its a wonderful place to get away from the city. The room itself is quite spacious, I have a king single, bean bag and a little desk and still the room feels quite large. The room would do well with a double bed or even something larger. I am very willing to negotiate selling my king single bed if anyone wanted it, just because I will find it hard to move.

There is a small patio in the flat that I love having my coffee at. The kitchen is spacious, perfect for someone who does want a little more space. The bathrooms are quite lush, there is a separate toilet and bathroom on the same floor as my room that I use. It is the shared bathroom. There is a bath, a shower with wonderful shower pressure and a very big vanity.

There are 3 roommates at the moment. Two live above us and one across the hall. They love a bit of conversation but they do appreciate some quiet time. They are respectful and prioritize a tidy living space.
