Welcome to our newly built home, completed in mid-2026, in the lovely Oceanview area. We are looking for long-term flatmates who will treat the house as their own home and enjoy a clean, comfortable and peaceful living environment.

The home is in a great location and has been designed to make the most of the sun, with plenty of natural light throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area for much of the day.

Parking space is available at front driveway area. The room is furnished with double bed or queen bed in slightly larger room.

Our household would normally consist of three family members – myself, my wife and our child. However, my wife and child are currently staying overseas for approximately another year while our child receives early childhood education and healthcare. During this time, I am the only family member living at the property, along with the potential flatmates.
