About the room

Do you want a quiet place you can unwind and listen to nature? Relaxing retreat like house in the Otatara bush, very private room available, partially furnished, and heat pump in the room. Double glazed. It is almost finished being refurbished. PRICE INCLUDES rent, wifi and power. References and 4 weeks bond required. We are on tank supply so if the water runs low, water needs to be ordered in. It depends on your water usage. Normally we only order 1 tank a year over Summer.
