I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my home in Bayview.

The room is on its own floor of the house, giving you a really good level of privacy. It has:

• Private bedroom • Own bathroom/ensuite • Walk-in wardrobe • Attic-style storage area • Your own floor, separate from the main living areas

The only shared areas are the kitchen, lounge and laundry, so there’s plenty of space to have your own privacy and do your own thing.

$350 per week and utilities will be split every month (Netflix, power, internet, water).

I’ve only recently moved into the house, so it’s still a little on the empty side while I slowly furnish and make the space feel like home. There’ll be more furniture and little touches added over time!

I’m in my early 30s, fairly introverted and really value having my own space, but I do enjoy a good chat. I’m looking for someone respectful, considerate and happy to have a relaxed household.

I have two older cats (14 & 20) and a 9-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs. Being okay with cats would be great too, but you definitely don’t need to be a cat person! One of my cats is pretty sociable but will chill on his own and the other probably won’t give you the time of day.

Ideally looking for a female flatmate mid-20’s or older, no smoking/vaping, no couples.

Bond would be 2-weeks ($700) and would be part of a flat agreement. If you would prefer to be on the tenancy agreement, costs will be incurred from the property manager which I can look into if needed.
