Short-Term Room for 1 Oct - 30 Nov in Mt Eden (NO BOND)

Kia ora Auckland flatties! We’re looking for someone to fill one room in our Mt Eden flat from 1 October to 30 November, as one flatmate is moving out.

Room is semi furnished with: Bed + clothes hanger included for free Fully furnished house Utilities around $25 p/w Parking available on street and in driveway The house is in a great spot in Mt Eden, close to Mt Eden Village, cafés, bars and shops, with Woolworths a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a direct bus to the CBD and Auckland Uni, with the bus stop less than 2 minutes away.

You’ll be living with 3 male students in their early 20s. We’re all busy with uni and work, but enjoy getting outdoors, quiet evenings, the occasional drink or dinner and keeping the flat positive, relaxed, and social.
