Te Pahu Road

Karamu, Waikato 3285

We are seeking flatmates to live with us in our newly renovated house just outside whatawhata, and 15 minutes from Hamilton.

2 rooms available, $190 P/wk plus expenses.

The house is fully double glazed, has two heatpumps, is situated atop a hill with scenic rural views, and we have a home gym setup in the garage. The house has 2 bathrooms, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

As we are in the process of moving, I have reused real estate photos so some pictured decor will differ

The two rooms available are sized for a double bed, with reasonable sized wardrobes (see pictures).

Room Dimensions: Room 1 - Dimensions approx 2.9m x 3.1m with double wardrobe Room 2 - Dimensions approx 2.9m x 3.6m with double wardrobe

$760 bond

If you are interested, please get in touch with a little bit about yourself, happy to answer any questions you may have!

We are a couple of young professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, and maintain a tidy, peaceful household. I work as a Mechanical Engineer, and my partner is a teacher. We are both friendly and outgoing, and always happy for a good yarn!
