About the room
We are seeking flatmates to live with us in our newly purchased house just outside Whatawhata, and 15 minutes from Hamilton. As we are currently in the process of moving, I have used some of the real estate photos, so furniture and decor will differ to what is pictured.
We have 2 rooms available, each is $200 P/wk plus expenses.
The house is situated atop a hill with scenic rural views, fully double glazed, has two heat-pumps and we have a home gym setup in the garage. The house has 2 bathrooms, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The two rooms available are sized for a double bed and furniture, with good sized wardrobes (see pictures).

About the roomies
We are a couple of young professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, and maintain a tidy, peaceful household. I work as a Mechanical Engineer, and my partner is a teacher. We are both friendly and outgoing, and always happy for a good yarn!
