Nice warm sunny room in Owaka close to every thing. Cafés , shops etc house is shared with owner and 2 kids every second weekend fully fenced well maintained pet friendly section shared bathroom and kitchen etc off street parking , wifi would perfer female as I have daughters but open to anyone

Im the owner 46 male i dont work because of illness i have cancer very open and upfront and happy to talk about it i have 2 young daughters who i have every second weekend im very quiet i dont drink or smoke due to my illness I have days where im limited in what I can do so a mix of good days and bad ones happy to answer any questions
