Friendly female flatmate (not a couple) required for long term rental (think years, not weeks) of spacious semi-furnished room for rent in lovely large 3-bedroom classic villa situated on top of a hill overlooking the Manukau Harbour and a magnificent bush reserve. The house has a large deck, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Rent includes water, power and WiFi.

The room has its own adjacent bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a lovely green backyard with plenty of lawn space, shady trees and an outside washing line.

Handy to a beautiful park, shops and buses, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD and only 10 minutes from Titirangi and the beautiful Waitakere Ranges.

We are looking for one female person to share with 3 other flatmates in a happy vibes semi-vegetarian household - tidy, with a job, between 30 and 60 years old.

Please no pets and no smokers. There are 3 flatmates currently in the house - 1 man, 2 women and a lovely, friendly cat.

3 existing flatmates. 1 male and 2 female semi-vegetarian. There is one couple NZ/French who work part-time and 1 other female flatmate from Japan, who works fulltime.
