About the room

Hi everybody! Looking for somebody long-term to take over a room in Upper Riccarton. Its about a 15-20 min walk to UC, 10 min walk to westfield - perfect for students! The room comes unfurnished, and has a built in wardrobe. There’s plenty of space, currently comfortably fits a desk, queen bed, dresser, and bookshelf. Also has off street parking.

About the roomies

You’ll be living with two others in their early twenties, one male and one female. Both are super friendly and tidy, and have been amazing to live with. You’ll be sharing kitchen / bathroom / living areas with them, but most of the time everybody is out doing their own thing.
