About the room

The house is modern, new, comfortable and well maintained, with a clean and peaceful living environment.

Close to a local reserve, ideal for walking and enjoying some outdoor space. Around a 500-metre walk to Golden Apple and PAK’nSAVE supermarkets. Bus stop approximately 300 metres away. Modern kitchen and comfortable shared living areas. Laundry facilities available.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy living in a clean, quiet and friendly home and treat the house with care.

Rent: $290 per week, including electricity, water and unlimited internet/Wi-Fi.

About the roomies

You will have the spacious Master Bedroom. The room has its own private bathroom, so you don’t need to share. A large walk-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space. The room is fully furnished, including a comfortable bed and essential furniture. The home is newly built in 2026 and meets Healthy Homes Standards. Electricity, water and unlimited Wi-Fi/internet are included in the rent. The room is suitable for one person. Long-term stays are welcome, so you can settle in and feel at home.
