Cozy wood burner keeps things warm on winter nights and panel heaters in the hall and rooms. The room is un-furnished, and the rest of the house is fully furnished.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs & storage under the house. You can relax in the back garden on the deck, with a shed available for extra storage.

There is a bus stop 1 minute down the road that has a night bus and gorgeous Whitireia park just a short walk up the street.

You 💂‍♀️ I’m looking for a calm kind, tidy human (early 30s–mid 40s) who is grounded, kind and has a good sense of humour to share my home; someone who values connection and personal space. Ideally, I am looking for someone who would like to live here long term, but open to shorter too.

Essentials: 💡 Rent is $235 + Shared bills pw (electricity, wood, internet, and communal items). Bond is 4 weeks rent.( depending on short or long term rental) Room available from 4th November. No pets, No couples, ( could be open to short term. No smoking.
