Single room is $180 per week, plus 25 for power.

Double room is $250 per week, plus 25 for power.

These 2 rooms are both furnished, fully carpeted, though if you prefer we can have the rooms unfurnished. Both rooms have natural light, and amazing sunlight through the large windows, both have large double door wardrobes, and extra storage.

The home is a 4 bedroom,1963 brick Villa, large property, big backyard with glasshouse and a garden, fully fenced, and ample parking, situated in beautiful and quiet Cracroft/ Cashmere. Bus and shop access approximately a 2 minute walk, close to the bike adventure park and many walkways, including walking tracks around the port hills.

1 male, James 50+, head tenant, works part-time for Harcourts Riccarton. General handyman/ ground maintenance. Loves music, outdoors, and hunter gatherer. In my free time you’d find me carving or doing art.

1 female, Indy 19+ one of the tenants, been here for about a month, friendly and enjoys a good chat here and there, she is currently on search for a job and enjoys music, sketching/ art.
