About the room

The room itself is small but cosy and gets lovely afternoon sun most of the year. It is furnished but can be unfurnished if required. It looks out to the hill/bush so very private. The house is clean, comfortable with modern kitchen/bathroom. The water pressure is great! Unfortunately it is not suitable for couples, children or night shift workers. Students/season workers welcome as short/medium term preferred

About the roomies

You’d be living with myself, my 4 year old who is here half of the week and with his Dad the other half (a positive co parenting relationship) and our friendly greyhound, Bubbles. I work full-time in government and work from a couple of days a week. We live a busy life so often out and about when not working.
