Home owner still setting up the house since buying it. Two bedrooms. Flattie can pick either room. Built in wardrobes and can share other storage areas of course. Light and airy. Small garden. Close neighbour’s (but a detatched home). All seems quiet so far! New double bed in one bedroom if you don’t have furniture. If you do, there is some space. Blank walls. Looks bare at the mo! It’s a work in progress but it’s a flexible space. I have no set ideas.

The bathroom is older 1980’s style, shower, no bath. Separate loo. Gas hot water.

Downside, only street parking but a fairly quiet street.

Upside, close to main facilities and main street of Levin. A 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to supermarkets, main street shops, service stations, banks etc

Power costs to be worked out between us for fair useage. I can get home Internet connected as an inclusion in the rent but prefer to chat first to see what works for both and find out your preferences too. Owner, me, a very mature woman, into space exploration (not personally), science type stuff ( but know little), 4WD club stuff, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.

I’ve got a buddy with their own place, (not in Levin) who doesn’t visit my place because he has a big dog! Can’t have any pets or kiddies here unfortunately.

I’m not always around so I’m looking for a mature flattie (any age, but with a mature, flexible attitude) who is happy in their own space and responsible with a home, not into parties :) and also happy to have input on how they’d like the space set up, yet adaptable to me coming and going or being away for varying lengths of time.

Preferably someone who is looking for a longer term set up, because that gives the chance to add some of your own personality into the mix, rather than a clinical “ here’s a room for x a week“ scenario.

Must have some sort of sense of humour, but not a comedian :)
