Flexible with move in date being later, as looking for best fit of roomate rather than timing. One room available in a three bedroom, one bathroom owner occupied home. Room has two very large wardrobes with lots of shelving inside. Space for a dressing table/set of drawers too. Queen bed, and towels included if required. Sunny bedrooms, living room and kitchen and patio. Electricity bill split equally, never been more than $20 each per week.

Looking for a considerate and tidy female who also appreciates a calm and clean home.

Walking distance to town and the Taylor River reserve on the doorstep. Property has a private outlook and back yard. On street parking is safe, street is a very quiet cul-de-sac.

Joining two single females in 30s, and a well manered and housetrained dog who naps a lot. Both working in wine industry, with work schedules between 7am and 5pm. We get together for evening tv, wine.

Shared bathroom and toilet. Owner vacuums house and cleans bathroom each week. Roomate to clean own room regularly and maintain communal area tidiness/functionality.
