Modern 3-bedroom house built in 2013, located on Kittyhawk Avenue in Wigram. Very safe, quiet, and peaceful neighbourhood. Super convenient location, just a short walk or quick drive to New World Wigram, local supermarkets, cafes, and main bus stops. Free street parking with plenty of available spaces right outside the house. Excellent spot for clean and reliable flatmates looking for a comfortable home.

About the roomies

We are a clean, quiet, and friendly household. The house is shared by a working family (husband working full-time, wife working part-time, and our 3-year-old daughter who goes to daycare/preschool during the day) along with one flatmate from Mumbai who is a full-time student. We lead busy, organized lives, so the house is always peaceful, respectful, and well-kept. It’s a very calm and comfortable environment for anyone who values a clean and friendly home!
