About the room

Beautiful house with plenty of sunshine, gas hot water and all the usual appliances and amenities. On street parking unfortunately, as it’s a shared driveway but also close to bus stops and Eastgate mall.

This bedroom is quite large with a built in wardrobe and gets plenty of afternoon sun. The whole house is double glazed and insulated.

A bit about me, I work an 8-5, quite social in my spare time, sometimes here but often out and about. Ideally I’m looking for people who don’t mind a catch up after work and want to add to the slace/make it their home.

There is a garden/backyard but it needs some post winter attention haha

About the roomies

Currently it’s just me here. I did have two flatmates, they are best friends who took up both rooms but unfortunately their circumstances have changed
