I’ve got just the spot! I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to move into our brand-new house in Pakuranga, coming up in 2027. Because it’s a fresh build, everything will be super clean, modern, and waiting for its very first residents. Here’s a quick look at what the setup is like: Your Room & Private Space: It’s a lovely, spacious upstairs room featuring a great walk-in wardrobe and double-sized space. There’s a cozy upstairs lounge right next to your room, and you’ll share the upstairs bathroom with just one other flatmate (or if you’re the first one to move in, you might even get it completely to yourself!). The Living Areas: Downstairs is nice and open-plan, with a bright dining and living area right next to the kitchen. Outdoor Space: There’s also a lovely deck area if you’d like to relax, unwind or enjoy a quiet rest. The Location & Vibe: We’re super close to the local shopping area for ultimate convenience, tucked away in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. I’m a female in my early 30s, working professional working Monday to Friday, so I’m usually out early in the morning and back after work. When I’m not working, I love heading out for a good coffee, going on a nature walk, reading, or catching a Pilates class. I’m pretty friendly and always up for a nice chat, but I’m also super respectful of everyone’s personal space and downtime. Ideally, I’d love to find another female flatmate who is tidy, easygoing, and can get along well!
