About the room
Move in would be any time after the 7th of January. Rent is $180-190 a week depending on what room, and excludes power and wifi which gets spilt four ways at the end of the month. We have signed a flat on Allen street (20 min walk to uni also right near a bus stop), we also have off street parking available. The rooms aren’t allocated yet so you could get a medium or large sized room, and will be unfurnished. We have couches and communal space stuff sorted out. We are looking for preferably a girl around the same age range (19-22) who would be happy to meet new people, and have some occasional drinks with us. Our vibe is pretty quiet but still social.
About the roomies
Hey, we are a group of three girls, two second year girls going into 3rd year studying a mix of sport management and psychology, and one full time worker looking for someone to fill a fourth room in our flat for 2027.
