About the room

Walking distance to Dinsdale shopping centre. Park nearby. Bus stop out the front. Plenty of on street parking outside of school hours, first in first served off street parking shared with other body corp tenants. Both bedrooms upstairs with the Shared bathroom equipped with shower, bath, toilet and sink. Seperate toilet and handbasin downstairs so guests dont need to come to the upstairs bedroom area at all. Plenty of storage space. Gas cooktop and hot water. Power/gas/internet split between me and you.

Im a 33 year old NZ european male. I Work 8-4:30 mon-fri. I can work from home a couple of days a week. I ride a motorbike. Pretty honest and pragmatic. I play video games and go to the gym. Bit of a nerd too with D&D, Warhammer 40k and MtG hobbies.
