We are situated just 15mins walk to Glen Eden train station. The house is new build and we recently bought this house and looking for a roommate to help us with the mortgage. The room has built in wardrobe and we can provide a bed if you want. Room available will be on the 3rd Floor, it has its own toilet and shower which you will have it yourself and not sharing.
