About the roomies

The flat has a relaxed, independent vibe, so it would suit students or young professionals looking for a friendly home where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing. The two existing flatmates are 20-year-old male students studying at Victoria University. This is a lease takeover, so I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease.
