I have 3 rooms available in a large, spacious house on Ohaupo Road — ideal for students, healthcare workers, professionals, or anyone looking for a quiet place to live and study.

Everything is included in the rent 🛏️ 2 large furnished rooms – $280/week each 🛏️ 1 smaller unfurnished room – $220/week If needed, I may be able to arrange a bed for the smaller room.

🌿 Quiet rural setting, so having a vehicle is recommended

The house is very spacious, peaceful and in a safe area — great if you want somewhere quiet to study, work or just relax after a long day.

There’s also a garden, large deck with a bar area, and some pretty amazing sunset views 🌅

I’m currently the only person living in the house and am looking for some friendly, respectful flatmates. I’m a quiet and relaxed person, but I’m also totally fine with people being social or having friends over occasionally.

Two weeks’ bond required.

You’re more than welcome to come and view the rooms. They’re first come, first served, and I can only hold a room once a deposit has been made.
