I’ve included them so you can get a good idea of the size, layout and space The room is a good-sized double room and is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to furnish it with a bed and drawers for you if needed.
The house itself is big, with plenty of spacious living areas both inside and outside, so there’s lots of room to have your own space and not feel cramped. It’s tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, but still really handy to everything, with shops and the lake, golf course etc close by. The property also backs onto the greenways, which is perfect for getting out for a walk or enjoying the outdoors.
About the roomies
It’s currently myself, my cousin, her 18-month-old daughter and my dog living in the house. We’re an easy-going household and enjoy having a comfortable, relaxed home. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and considerate, and who is happy to keep shared spaces clean and tidy after themselves.
The room is available short-term with the possibility of extending. We’re just looking for someone who will fit in well and enjoy making themselves at home 😊
