Exclusive private Mon-Fri use of beautiful, brand new furnished home No flatmates!

Are you a professional working in Auckland Mon-Fri but lives outside Auckland and doesn’t need a full-time rental?

I have a lovely, fully furnished two-bedroom home in Browns Bay that could provide a comfortable weekday home-away-from-home.

The arrangement is a little different from a conventional flatmate situation:

You would have your own furnished bedroom, with space to leave your belongings here over the weekend.

You would have exclusive use of the rest of the house Monday to Friday, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and beautiful deck.

The living room has a lovely gas fire, making it a particularly warm and comfortable place to relax after work. The wide deck overlooks a peaceful stream, providing a lovely outlook.

I normally use the 2nd bedroom as an office only on Saturday and Sunday, so the house is essentially your private Auckland base during the working week. I never sleep there. I may cook there over the weekend.

I will change the bed linen for you. Your bedroom is furnished and 2nd bedroom is my office. Private bathroom is exclusively yours.

$450 per week + 50% of utilities. Wi-Fi included. Ideally suited to someone looking for a longer-term arrangement.

This would suit someone who normally lives outside Auckland, perhaps in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty or elsewhere, but needs to be in Auckland during the week and would prefer a comfortable home to a hotel or a full-time city rental.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate, quiet and responsible professional who will appreciate having a lovely home to come back to during the working week.

Browns Bay location with easy access to the North Shore and Auckland. Very quiet setting near a stream. No traffic noise. Quiet friendly neighbourhood.
