About the room

We’re looking for someone to take over a room in a quiet and secure modern townhouse in Maupuia.

The room gets good sun, particularly in the morning to midday. It has nice views overlooking Miramar and the hills in the backaround. The house is double glazed and well insulated so the rooms stay surprisingly warm without needing much heating The location is great, only being a 5-10 minute walk from the Miramar shops where there is a cinema, supermarket, as well as cafes and other services.

About the roomies

You’ll be living with 3 others, all males, ranging from mid 20s to early 30s. Two are working professionals and one is currently studying. They are a great bunch and are very tidy, chill and respectful.
