I have a room available in my brand-new, modern two-bedroom home in a lovely, sunny area!

$300 a week including power and wifi.

Please note the bedroom / lounge is unfurnished. As I have yet to buy anything because I have only just moved in.

The home is warm and comfortable, with double-glazed windows and insulation to help keep things cozy throughout the year. There’s a sunny deck to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the sunshine or unwind after a long day, along with a small lawn area to the side of the property.

The home comes with all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. You’ll also have your own private bathroom and off-street parking.

You’ll be sharing the home with just one other person (me!) and my little dog. 🐾❤️Dougie loves cats.

Must love dogs! I have a little dog who is part of the family, so being comfortable around dogs is a must.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone friendly, easygoing and social who is keen to hang out and do things together. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee, exploring new places, watching movies, heading out for an adventure or simply enjoying a relaxed evening at home, it would be great to have a flatmate who also feels like a friend.

Of course, we’ll both have our own space and independence, but it would be nice to share a home where we get along, have a laugh and genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and considerate who will appreciate this lovely home and help make it a welcoming place to live.
