About the room

Small cozy room. Great for students. Great location. Right off great south road.

  • 5 minute walk to countdown.
  • Bus stop that goes into city is right outside the flat.
  • 20 minute bus ride to Symonds street.
  • 10 minute bus ride to New Market.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of us have brought everything else you need for a flat (plates, air fryer, TV….)

Property is currently on an ongoing lease so as I move out, I’m looking for somone for my room.

Bond/security deposit is $866, the website only let me do a max of $720

About the roomies

Everyone in the flat is nice and easy to get along with. We’re pretty independent so great for people who like their own quiet space.
