Our current flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to replace her.

Ideally we are looking for a mature Female to join our current place in Albert Town, but if you are an awesome person please try your luck and get in touch.

We are looking for someone in their 30’s who is in full-time employment (no working from home sorry) and appreciates a clean and tidy house and has the same values in regards to not being a party house and keeping the place tidy.

The house has one couple and one single male who all work full time, Kel’s work’s from home full time as the reservations manager for a travel company, Flynn works as a fabricator in town building Jet-boats and Ollie works half his time in Australia in the mines and the other half at Peak marine when he is home.

Macey the large greyhound just sleeps in different sun spots through out the house all day, never barks, will not go in your room unless invited and is washed, brushed and kept very clean as she is an indoor dog.

The room is decent sized with a walk in robe and as the main bedroom has its own bathroom you would only be sharing your bathroom with one housemate who is clean and chill and the toilet would be used by guests who visit. There is heaps of storage space throughout the house and then also in the garage there is unlimited space for bikes, boards, skis, camping gear and whatever other toys you may have.

The front of house driveway is huge and more than enough space for your car and toys. Currently there is three cars and a jet boat but with plenty of space for more.

The room itself is unfurnished so ideally you would have your own bed and set up.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and comes with one large Horse of a dog who is 8 years old now and super chill.

The house is large with a huge open plan living and dining area, a large outdoor area with a nice lawn and gets all day sun.

Rent is 270 p/w with bills split evenly amongst the flat
